UPCOMING EVENTS

Sun 11/2 Art Auction/Luncheon at CYC. Tickets are $13.00 per person. Lunch will include Chicken Breast Supreme, broccoli, Potatoes DuChef and Almond Tulie w/ice cream. There will also be a cash bar available. This will be a major fund raising event and it is hoped that each member enthusiastically promotes it by purchasing tickets for themselves, friends and family and attending the event. We need a minimum attendance of 100 people to reach our goal. FYI: The tables at CYC seat parties of 8, for those of you who are interested in purchasing tickets for large parties. It would be wonderful if each member could bring a group of 8. POC: Sarah Marie Klingler, 440-895- 9508. Those who have volunteered to help set up are asked to be at CYC at 10:00A.M. Tues 11/4 NO MEETING THIS TUESDAY. Tues 12/2 Annual Christmas Auction at CYC. Sun 12/7 Annual Christmas Party at the RockCliff Restaurant. Cocktails at 6:00P.M. 2003 LEMONADE STAND A SUCCESS!

$1,600.00 profit was realized from our Lemonade stand. Trident Methodist matched our earnings, 50 cents for a $1.00, with a resulting profit of $2,400.00. Thanks again to George Newman and all the volunteers that made this such a success.

LUNCH COUPON PROGRAM

Lunch coupons will be issued to all members in January 2004. You will be issued 6 coupons @ $13.00 for 6 meeting lunches. You will be billed for the coupons along with your semi-annual dues bill. It is hoped that this will encourage all members to attend a minimum of one meeting each month.
